Late Night with Livingston

Livingston runs for President! An upcoming three-day weekend? What could be better than that? Presidents’ Day celebrates the birthday of our first president, George Washington, but in recent years, it has become a time to celebrate the lives and accomplishments of all our presidents. But all our presidents were kids too, at some point, and they dealt with problems many kids today can relate to - going to school, dealing with bullies and other mean people, getting along with their families, and more! They would later use these lessons to become our country’s leaders and make their own marks on history. Kids attending will learn about the presidents and their childhoods during the Maxey and Long families’ time, both the good and the not-so-good things they did while they were president, make their own Presidential Penny portraits to take home, and write a letter to the president!
