The Paris Municipal Band was formed in 1929 and has since annually performed summer concerts.  
Location:
Bywaters Park is located 2 blocks off the Plaza of downtown, Paris, Texas. 
Located on South Main Street the peristyle and park provide an excellent setting for the Paris Municipal Band.
