A Tribute to Robert Edward High Sr.
Robert Edward High Sr. has served the Paris community and the Paris Independent School District since 1971. His forty-five year career will come to an end with his retirement in 2016. The NAACP dedicates the 19th Annual Freedom Banquet to him for his contributions to the Paris Community. A scholarship fund is part of the legacy he wishes to leave.
Proceeds from the banquet will help fund the scholarship.
