A ‘100’ Club is an organization that provides immediate financial relief to families of those 1st responders who have been killed or died in the line of duty. This includes Fire Department, Police Department, Sherriff and EMS, all first responders. Although there are several funds, insurance and benefits that will provide long term assistance for the fallen’ s family, these benefits are slow in coming and require applications, death certificates and submittal of forms. These programs can take several months to process and actually begin for the family left behind. This organization will be able to present a check in the amount of $10,000 within 48 hours of the line of duty death.
