Paris Area Boy Scouts, having a 24 hour patriotic United States Flag Retirement Ceremony starting 1 minute after Midnight on Sunday to continue through Memorial Day.   The Boy Scouts have collected 2500 flags over the years for this special
ceremony.

Vacant area located between and behind the Love Civic Center and Red River Valley Veterans Memorial located at 2025 South Collegiate Street, Paris, Texas.
