United Way Virtual 5k

Individuals, families, co-workers, and friends are all coming together (six feet apart) to support the United Way of Lamar County! Runners and walkers alike can participate in this virtual event any day between September 1st and September 14th. We are asking for a donation instead of a registration fee. Maybe $20.20 to commemorate the year of 2020 or how about $19.00 for Covid-19? The amount is up to you! But remember your donation will go towards our Fall Campaign goal of $500,000 to fund our 22 partner agencies in 2021! With many people still working from home and finding more time to get in a daily run or walk, the virtual 5K will make your miles count and help our neighbors affected by the pandemic! If you don’t want to run or walk, that’s okay. You can still register as a fundraiser and support our campaign. And don’t forget to make your own Live United t-shirt!
